Three Months

Here are some perks of being three months old.

You sleep great. Ginny slept from 9-3:30 and then went right back to sleep and woke up at 7:00!
Tummy time is a lot more enjoyable. You can help pick peas. You can watch me develop some mad Frisbee skills. (Click on it to see me with my sweet jump.)You can be entertained by funny faces and interesting sounds. You can hold on to things. You can practice sitting and standing. You can be with Heidi all day long.

Premium

On a rainy Wednesday night our kitchen turned into something that you would only see on the Food Network Channel.Heidi's dad was cooking up a storm--bigger than the one that was going on outside. The timers were beeping and he was flipping, turning, and seasoning all kinds of good things.

I did my best to help.

I ended up with Ginny duty again!!!!!!!!!!I did get to inspect the final plate. It was PREMIUM!!!!!!!!!!!
I was treated to an evening walk. We tried to put Ginny in the stroller the big girl way. Lately she's enjoyed the first half of the walk in the stroller and the second half being carried home. It was worth a try. She liked it for 3 quarters---

Thanks for the special treatment Grandpa!! If you ever want to go into the doggie bone making business--call me up!

. . .the old man was snoring!

We had a full house on Sunday. Lots of family and friends came to be with us for Ginny's blessing at church. Instead of enjoying the recently weed whipped, mowed, sprayed, and doggy toys picked up yard. . .we were all inside while the rain came pouring down.Who knew our house could fit so many people!!!!!!!!!!!! There were chairs in every crook and cranny. Some found room under the front porch. As you can imagine I was really busy keeping the floor clean and accepting samples. I'd been smelling good food cooking for the past few days so I was happy to finally get to try all those wonderful scents that had me spending time in the kitchen.Ginny must be a future movie star because everyone wanted to take a picture with her.

I had to get one too of course.
Check out her booties!
A very special thanks to Grannie Annie for the beautiful dress and hair accessories.

Road Trip

Gerrit, Heidi, and Ginny ventured the wild I-80 on a road trip to California for one of Heidi's very best friend's wedding.
I got to stay with Oma and Opa because no dogs were aloud. I had great fun helping Opa work in his yard. Oma said the neighbor boys loved to play with me and I would follow them around and obey their every command.

The wedding was beautiful, special, and one of a kind. Heidi had so much fun being with great friends. The reception was at an aviation museum. There were lots of fun toys and cool airplanes.

Adrienne and Rob had the best get away ever--in a helicopter.

All in all
the beds were comfortable

the "scenic detour" was beautiful

and Ginny's car seat wasn't so bad after all.

I do hope that they take me next time. There's plenty of room for both Ginny and I in the back seat.
On the way home from Opa and Oma's we saw a huge jet surrounded by 4 fighter planes. Look in the lower left clouds. It was cool!
